If the photos and access notes you submit with your quote match what the two-person crew walks into on the day, the number on the confirmed quote is the number you pay. No add-ons, no "we did not know there were stairs" padding, no material reclassification on the doorstep.

This is deliberately written to reverse the single biggest 1-star complaint across the 8 top-reviewed local operators we have audited: surprise £100–£300 price hikes added on arrival for issues that honest quoting would have caught up-front.

For domestic and small-commercial jobs we take payment on completion by card (in-person or via a secure Stripe payment link sent to your WhatsApp) or by BACS transfer on invoice. Cash is accepted only at the customer's explicit request and always with a numbered receipt.

For landlord managed-property accounts, probate, and commercial sector contracts we operate a standard 14-day net invoicing process with full VAT receipts, waste transfer notes, and monthly CSV reporting where required.

For standard domestic bookings we do not require a deposit. Payment is taken only when the job is loaded and the customer has confirmed they are happy with the work done.

For scheduled commercial, sector, or multi-day clearances a 25% deposit may be taken to hold the date — this is fully refundable with 48 hours notice. Short-notice cancellations inside a 24-hour window may incur a small crew standby fee if we have already blocked a van and held the slot away from other bookings.

Every invoice issued includes a unique job reference, our Environment Agency waste carrier licence number, the disposal site the load went to, a vehicle registration, and the named crew foreman for the job.

A digital waste transfer note (WTN) is generated on every load and emailed or WhatsApp-messaged to the customer within 24 hours of collection. Paper copies on headed paper are available for landlord, probate, and commercial compliance files.

Billing and account queries are handled by the office team and answered within one working day. The quickest way to resolve a discrepancy is to reply to the original WhatsApp quote thread with the job reference and your question — we can then pull the exact photo record, the crew notes, and the WTN.
